This Privacy Policy explains how Shopsadiq Ltd, an entity of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, trading as droplinked ("droplinked", "we", "us"), collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use the droplinked platform, websites (including droplinked.com), applications, and related services (the "Services"). droplinked is the controller of the personal information described here. By using the Services you agree to this Policy.
Effective Date and Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy and revise the effective date; material changes will be highlighted. Your continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Policy.
Information We Collect
We collect: (a) account and profile information you provide, such as name, email address, and business details; (b) Merchant and storefront information, such as store settings, product listings, and catalog data; (c) usage, device, and log information, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and interactions with the Services; (d) cookies and similar technologies; (e) communications you send us; and (f) for on-chain features, public blockchain wallet addresses and transaction references you choose to connect.
We do not collect or store your payment card numbers, bank account credentials, or online-banking login information. Payments are handled directly by third-party payment service providers ("PSPs") on their own systems; we receive only limited transaction confirmation or status information from them, not your card or banking credentials.
How We Collect Information
We collect information directly from you when you create an account, set up a storefront, or contact us; automatically as you use the Services (including through cookies); and from third parties you connect to the Services, such as PSPs, analytics providers, and integrations, limited to what is needed to operate the Services. We honor recognized browser Do-Not-Track / opt-out signals where required by applicable law.
How We Use Information
We use personal information to provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services; to create and manage accounts and storefronts; to enable orders and transactions between Merchants and Customers; to provide support; to communicate with you; to detect and prevent fraud and abuse; to personalize and analyze the Services; and to comply with legal obligations.
How We Share Information
We share personal information with: service providers who help us run the Services (such as hosting, analytics, communications, and PSPs), under confidentiality obligations; Merchants and Customers as needed to complete a transaction (for example, sharing order and delivery details); authorities or others where required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the Services; and acquirers or successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale. We do not sell your personal information.
Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may link to or integrate third-party sites, Merchant storefronts, PSPs, and wallets that we do not control. Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, measure performance, and analyze usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not function without them.
How We Protect Information
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security; you use the Services at your own risk and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, and thereafter as required to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent. International Data Transfers
droplinked operates from the United Arab Emirates and may process information in other countries. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we take steps to protect it as required by applicable law.
Regional Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights: under the ADGM Data Protection Regulations and applicable UAE law; under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) if you are in the EEA or UK, including rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection; and under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) if you are a California resident, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of "sale" of personal information (note that we do not sell personal information). These are provided as regional notices; this Policy and the Services are governed by the laws applicable in the ADGM.
Children
The Services are not directed to children under the age of majority in their jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
